" Phase 3 has been really good for me, it's not only helped to continue to shape my body towards my goal, but I am now fitter than I have ever been and am feeling really great about myself for the first time in ages. so I'd like to share with you my story to date. Every story starts with a first step, mine was taking the plunge on this 90 day journey. I had no expectations of the perfect body, but what I have got is a good knowledge of food and exercise. When I started 90 days ago my firness level was non existant, but now I'm above average on the scale. It's great! I feel alive, full of energy and know that with continued work I will see the results get even better. Yes.. I am so proud of myself for taking the first step. ''I have really enjoyed phase 1 and have completely changed my life routine. I now get up half an hour earlier to get my HIIT workout in before I go to work and prep every Sunday afternoon. It's definitely changed the way I feel and think, especially my thoughts about my whole body image - they used to be very negative. I've realised it's not about starving yourself or doing intense fat loss diets, it's about being healthy and consistent with your eating and training. After starting phase 1 I realised that although it was a challenge, I began to feel good in so many different ways. Even my cooking skills have improved! "Just completed my first month on the SAS Plan. This was a hard month for me due to social activities occurring at every weekend but I always made sure I worked out that day and got straight back on it the following day. I also had my stag weekend away and I pretty much ate and drunk what I wanted but I'm still happy with the progress I've made this month. I Loved the change up in the exercises and I think I can notice the body starting to take more shape now."
